Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. BuildingEnergy Boston 2026, March 23-24, Boston, Massachusetts
Event Description
BuildingEnergy Boston is a conference designed by and for practitioners in the fields of high-performance building and design, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. It brings more than 1,000 industry leaders and emerging professionals together to learn from and share ideas with each other. Sessions are curated by a volunteer NESEA-Member content committee to ensure that conference sessions are genuinely useful to attendees. The conference will feature product demonstrations, networking events, and accredited sessions that offer best practices and lessons learned, case studies and proven data, technical "how-to"s, emerging technologies, and innovative policies and programs.
Conference Theme: Don't Stop Us Now!
Those of us committed to sustainability in our field have built a robust movement, and now is the time to prove that our momentum cannot be stopped by indecision, injustice, or inaction. Despite new barriers to progress, our industry continues to adapt to uncertainty. Our personal and professional resilience is being tested, and we will only move forward by supporting and learning from one another.
We have all had to adapt to hardships of some kind, be it project setbacks, discrimination, or a lack of resources. There are millions of questions we’re all asking during these tumultuous times, and we don’t have to answer them alone.
How can my team address a sudden loss in funding or an increase in project costs?
What do you do to stay grounded when everything seems to be working against you?
How can we succeed in reducing both operational and embodied carbon emissions?
How do you get a key decision maker to move forward on the more sustainable choice?
These questions demand strong responses and bold action. At this year's conference, we want to dig into the ways you have surmounted barriers and found the path forward.
BuildingEnergy Boston will take place on March 23–24, 2026.

BuildingEnergy Boston attendees are leaders and emerging professionals from across the Northeast, committed to developing a more sustainable, healthy, and resilient built environment. They represent a wide range of industries, backgrounds, and levels of experience.
