The High Country Home Builders Association is dedicated to encouraging excellence among its members in the building industry in order to maintain the highest quality in service and commitment to our community.

      This Building Green Real Estate Program will be taught by Sam Ruark-Eastes, executive director of the WNC Green Building Council. He has worked for a variety of organizations involved in green building for 18 years, including, local governments, non-profits, conferences and small businesses.
