Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. 2026 Getting to Zero Tech Forum, September 23, Chicago, Illinois
Event Description
Join Illinois Green Alliance for its annual Getting to Zero Tech Forum. This unique event format will feature a collection of five-minute, fast-paced presentations by a diverse array of industry experts, showcasing cutting-edge advancements in building technology that drive sustainable and regenerative approaches to the design, construction, and operation of the built environment.
Following these flash talks, all presenters will join attendees for networking on the Old Post Office North Meadow rooftop, offering the opportunity for engaging discussions over food and drinks about the future of building science and the possibilities for cross-sector collaboration.
Presenting: Cutting edge manufacturers, building product companies, green technology firms, utilities, contractors, building scientists, engineers, designers, and other innovators.
Attending: 200 leading architects, engineers, building owners, operators, contractors, manufacturers, utilities, sustainability consultants, investors, lenders, and more
