Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.

We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. Southface Institute: Weatherization Specialist Training, March 18-19, 10am-2pm, Atlanta, Georgia
Event Description
The Homeowner Weatherization training will explore easy upgrades that homeowners can make to improve the energy efficiency of their home. Join this info session to learn more about this course!
The Southface for an introductory workshop detailing the most important home weatherization improvements that homeowners can use to protect their home and save energy. This training will equip homeowners with the knowledge and ability to implement quick and easy upgrades to their own home, leading to energy and cost savings. The training will focus on basic building principles, necessary equipment and material selections, building envelope and insulation upgrades, and hands on practice.
In honor of Women’s History Month, Southface’s March technical trainings are all focused on tradeswomen. Featuring women instructors and co-instructors, these courses provide opportunities for women working in buildings and construction to connect and learn together.
