Join us for a special event focused on unlocking barriers to high performance buildings in the multifamily sector. Learn how to integrate success metrics such as lease rates, tenant retention, brand appeal and more into your decision-matrix. You will discover simple, integrated design strategies and technologies to pursue deeper energy efficiency while improving comfort and tenant satisfaction.

Please note that in order to receive continuing education credits, you must be present for the entire training; partial credit cannot be given.

AIA Members of the American Institute of Architects will receive 2.25 LUs for this instructor-led face-to-face course. This is an introductory level course and expires 10.15.2022.
