Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Green Building Tour at IMT Park Encino, USGBC LA San Fernando Valley Branch, October 10, 9:30-11 am
Event Description
Join USGBC LA's San Fernando Valley Branch for a tour of green features of IMT's Park Encino project with a presentation by Adam Thomas VP of Construction and coffee & pastries. IMT's general green building strategy will be reviewed, as well as the specific features of this LEED Gold Certified project including: Energy-Star appliances, tankless water heaters, and dual-paned windows.
IMT Residential is a nationwide property management firm with a portfolio that extends throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas with Corporate headquarters in Sherman Oaks. Sustainability is an IMT Residential priority with their commitment to putting residents first extending to how they build and maintain their residential communities.
Their LEED projects include - Alameda Station in Denver, IMT @ the Domain & Residences at the Riata in Austin, IMG Magnolia in Sherman Oaks, and IMT Miramar in FL.
