Green Building Tour, IMT's Encino Park Project
Event Description

Join USGBC LA's San Fernando Valley Branch for a tour of green features of IMT's Park Encino project with a presentation by Adam Thomas VP of Construction and coffee & pastries.  IMT'™s general green building strategy will be reviewed, as well as the specific features of this LEED Gold Certified project including: Energy-Star appliances, tankless water heaters, and dual-paned windows. 

IMT Residential is a nationwide property management firm with a portfolio that extends throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas with Corporate headquarters in Sherman Oaks. Sustainability is an IMT Residential priority with their commitment to putting residents first extending to how they build and maintain their residential communities. 

Their LEED projects include - Alameda Station in Denver, IMT @ the Domain & Residences at the Riata in Austin, IMG Magnolia in Sherman Oaks, and IMT Miramar in FL.
