Course overview

GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials (O&M) provides building professionals with strategies to reduce energy use while improving tenant comfort and health. Participants leave with at least three immediately actionable measures and the next steps needed to achieve them.

What you’ll learn

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Take a systemic approach to operating and maintaining a building.
  • Evaluate building performance.
  • Identify at least three immediately actionable measures that will improve building health, energy or water efficiency of your building and the next steps needed to achieve them.
  • Explain the costs and benefits of those measures.

Who is this for

This course is ideal for property managers and building staff in both residential and high-rise commercial buildings, including: building superintendents, operators, facility and property managers, operating engineers and stationary engineers.

How it works

This course is spread over four days and will be held virtually over Zoom.

Day 1: Wednesday, February 28, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Day 2: Wednesday, March 6, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Day 3: Wednesday, March 13, 9:00am – 1:00pm

All participants must register for the class on our Education Portal.
