Free Webinar: Transforming Real Estate Appraisal: Mastering UAD 3.6 Green, September 24, 12 - 1 pm ET
Event Description
Starting Sept 2025, appraisers must now evaluate home energy efficiency, green certifications, and solar as part of the new Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and its new opportunities and requirements. Participants will explore the significant shift from UAD 2.6 to UAD 3.6, focusing on the new "Energy Efficient and Green Features" section, which standardizes data on renewable energy components, building certifications, and efficiency ratings. Attendees will learn how these changes impact property valuation, marketability, and the green energy industry, enabling them to better integrate sustainable features into their projects and appraisals. Whether you work directly in appraisal, home sales, or just want to understand how sustainability is now incorporated in this process, this course provides practical insights to navigate and leverage UAD 3.6 for sustainable real estate practices.
