Event Description

Whether compelled by changing code or by market demand for better ventilation, providing ventilation in existing multi-family buildings is a challenge. This training explores how balanced ventilation can be added to current buildings for maximum occupant comfort and energy savings. In this training, learners will:

  • Obtain a basic overview of balanced ventilation, specifically in multi-family applications
  • Identify design and installation considerations in HRV choice for multi-family buildings
  • Utilize information from lessons learned in the field regarding HRV choice and installation in multi-family buildings
