This webinar will review a study of Pearl Certified homes that are marketed effectively by listing agents see an average 5.15% premium. This study provides a resource for stakeholders in the high-performance home market regarding the value of high-performance features. Conducted by a team of real estate appraisers, the study examined 26 Pearl-certified homes sold in the Charlottesville, Va., metropolitan area between 2019 and 2021.
