To get it every month. It sometimes makes people scream and throw sweaters at their family. But what’s causing the electric bill to be so dang high? In this section, to decipher the electric bill so can start to lower it or even set the foundation to drive it down to $0 with solar and storage.
Have any questions, such as where to begin when it comes to upgrading the energy efficiency of the home? What is a time-of-use rate structure, and which rate structure is best for? To answer these questions, one need information about home and energy usage. Learn specifically what to look for and how to evaluate home’s energy systems and where to start when it comes to making home more energy efficient.
This session will explain the electric bill.

As a result of attending this class, expect to learn the following:
How to start upgrading the energy efficiency of the home
What rate structure is best for a home’s energy usage
What to look for when evaluating a home’s energy systems
Which are the home’s biggest opportunities for energy savings

Spencer Rosen has been in the clean energy industry for over 20 years and has a laundry list of home energy certifications. He has run his home energy audit and whole-home upgrade company, Energy Integrity, for approximately 8 years.
He has been in many homes, crawled around in attics, removed low-efficiency materials and equipment, sealed leaks, upgraded windows, replaced ducts, added insulation, upgraded heating + cooling systems, and installed solar energy and battery systems.
To increase his impact, he began participating in various rebate and advocacy programs and developed these home energy courses to empower people with the knowledge to make their homes perform better.
