  • Qualifies for 18 RESNET Continuing Education Units
  • Training discount for Southface Members – 10% off

Note:

Have you heard? The EPA recently instituted new guidelines requiring ALL raters working on an ENERGY STAR project — not just one per company — to successfully complete ENERGY STAR training and pass their exam in order to complete the third-party verification required for a home to receive ENERGY STAR certification. This requirement applies to Home Energy Raters and Rating Field Inspectors alike and must be completed by January 1, 2022, to offer this service moving forward.
