Designed to harness the power of renewable energy, this 22,000 Sq ft building is powered by fifteen geothermal wells and features water-to-water heat pumps beneath the warehouse floor and water-to-air heat pumps to heat the offices. Additional features include Level 1 and 2 EV charging stations, battery storage, plus a Living Wall.

In addition to the facility tour, you will be inspired to hear the vision of this family-owned & operated business and the story of how they put their commitment to help build Connecticut’s clean energy economy into action to design and construct this high-performance building.
