Event Description

The Climate Mobilization Act Series: Affordable Housing Training educates affordable housing stakeholders – including building developers, owners, architects, engineers, and contractors – on what the Climate Mobilization Act (CMA) means for the affordable housing sector.

The 2024 compliance period of the CMA’s cornerstone building emissions law, Local Law 97, is rapidly approaching. This training and live Q&A demystifies Local Law 97’s regulations for affordable housing. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what their compliance obligations are, learn proven strategies to meet compliance, and reduce their carbon emissions.
