AEENE's Technical Round Table about Energy Efficiency and Cannabis Cultivation Facilities
Event Description

Join the Association of Energy Engineers' New England Chapter at their Technical Round Table about Energy Efficiency and Cannabis Cultivation Facilities.

Cannabis cultivation has very intensive energy use requirements - energy costs for cultivators are often 20-40% of operating costs. The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission oversees a working group of state agencies to help develop best practices regarding energy efficiency and resource usage.  The state and this new industry will need the expertise of the energy design and engineering community. To that end, AEENE has assembled exhibitors specific to cannabis facility operations and a slate of presenters with direct experience and expertise in engineering.
