2025 Passive House Symposium, December 9, Boston, Massachusetts
Event Description
Passive House buildings can deliver superior comfort, health, resilience, efficiency, and durability for minimal additional cost, especially when it comes to new multi-family buildings. And much of that existing cost premium can be covered by incentives and operational savings. But as costs rise across the construction industry, and new teams start building Passive House buildings for the first time, how do we ensure that these projects continue to be cost-competitive? The 2025 Symposium will focus on this critical question, looking at cost control strategies from across the project lifecycle.
The Annual Passive House Symposium is the leading Passive House event focused on Massachusetts. It brings together people from across the industry—developers, architects, consultants, engineers, builders, verifiers, certifiers, raters, policymakers, and more—for a intense day of learning and networking. Anyone and everyone interested in the success of Passive House in the Commonwealth is encouraged to join.
