As many companies turn their focus to their current/existing building stock, priorities include understanding the buildings performance and learning how to create a healthier environment for their employees and guests. This session will cover why LEED certification can benefit your existing buildings, how benchmarking through Arc can improve ongoing building performance and occupant satisfaction, why it's important to certify buildings even when experiencing reduced occupancy, and COVID-19 implications.  

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the performance driven approach to LEED v4.1 O&M certification for existing buildings.
  • Identify opportunities for continued building performance through LEED Recertification and the Arc platform
  • Identify the business case and return on investment through LEED v4.1 O&M .
  • Articulate the Pilot Credits and pathways created to assist projects during COVID-19.
