During this robust panel discussion, we will explore the complexities of women’s leadership and discuss proven leadership principles practiced by female leaders who are changing the way we think, build, engage and lead.

This year's theme, Culture of Courage, celebrates the contributions that women bring to their communities and the green building movement.

It takes a Culture of Courage to stand firm as women paving the way for equitable opportunities, having their prominent voices heard in the C-Suite, especially in engineering, architecture, and construction verticals. A transformed culture would be representative of an evident rise in women seated in the boardroom, where both genders have equitable access and are involved in leadership and decision making — closing the gender gap in elected positions, an apparent growth of women leaders in high-ranking STEM jobs, and higher expectations of society as a whole. 

During this event, an inspirational, multi-generational panel of women leaders will tell their compelling stories, share insights, and build awareness on creating a Culture of Courage AND Encouragement.
