Learn How Real Financing Documents for Wind and Solar Projects Are Negotiated

This two-day Project Finance Documentation course will provide attendees with a broad knowledge base about the fundamentals of renewable energy project finance.

Learn about the documents involved in constructing, operating and financing a renewable energy project, and how the documents are structured in a successful project.



During this course, attendees will:

Examine project finance, security and support documents for renewable energy projects
Learn components of a financing agreement — PLUS! Review sample financing agreements from a renewable energy project loan
Assess debt financing and hedging – including types of debt, capital commitments, sizing of debt and interest rate and commodity hedging
Overview of tax Incentives and tax equity structures in renewable financings
Evaluate the trends in renewable energy and debt and tax equity transactions
