Event Description

Electrifying your home’s heating system with a heat pump is one of the most effective ways to reduce your overall carbon footprint and make your home more comfortable. Learn about cold-climate air-source heat pumps, geothermal systems and heat pump water heaters. You should attend if you:

you want to learn why heat pumps are climate friendly

want to add air conditioning to your home, or

- have an aging heating system (more than 15 years old) and want to know about replacement options should attend this event.

You will learn about suitable options for your home by talking with installers, neighbors who have installed systems, and HeatSmart volunteers. You will also learn about available financial incentives. A sister event will be held on Mar 4, 1-3pm, in the Large Hearing Room of the Wayland Town Building.
