This session will leverage some critical lessons learned from early adopters and those that have been on the front lines of the push for electrification.

Learning Objectives:

- Learn from Case Studies what successful electrification projects look like
- Use lessons learned to improve project performance, effectiveness, and efficiencies; to avoid project pitfalls; and to achieve climate goals
- Understand strategies to overcome resistance from third parties (other design professionals, clients or authorities having jurisdiction)
- Learn what the future may hold in terms of policies, regulations, and performance
