This session will provide an overview of the main updates and tools and resources for the LEED v4.1 rating system and how these updates impact Higher Ed projects.

 

Over the past few years, the US Green Building Council has implemented changes to streamline and optimize the LEED Rating Systems. Join USGBC East North Central Communities for an overview of the main updates to these two rating systems, how these updates impact Higher Ed projects as well as tools and resources available to help pursue certification. will explore the most recent updated LEED Certification pathways: LEED v4.1 Building Design and Construction as well as LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance. The presenters will address the value of LEED certification, especially during these trying times.
