Event Description

Join the Illinois Green Alliance for a stimulating discussion on heat pumps.  There are several types of heat pumps currently on the market and it is important to know how they are both similar and how they differ.

This webinar will cover 4 separate types of heat pumps including: air-to-air, air-to-water, geothermal and natural gas.  Experts will discuss how they operate, what types of applications they are suited for and the efficiency we can expect from these units. Heat pumps provide an option for people looking to install energy efficient cooling and heating equipment (and, as the subject of a possible future webinar, water heating), and this webinar can be an entry point into learning about them.
