Event Description

The event, hosted by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and USGBC Texas, will convene local city officials and staff, along with community stakeholders, to inspire, shape, and plan next steps in sustainable city policy. Experts and practitioners will share ideas and examples for policies that drive a built environment that is not only sustainable and resilient but enhances equity, health and prosperity. The workshop will be interactive and provide participants an understanding of the resources and support available from the broad green building community to support policy development, adoption and successful implementation.
