Please be kind and respectful!
Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Webinar: Better Building Codes, Wednesday January 16, 7-8 pm
Event Description
As a climate advocate, you know buildings have an impact on climate in our communities and beyond. Join Sierra Club, Massachusetts Climate Action Network (MCAN) and Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) on Wednesday, January 16th for a webinar that will introduce our 2019 Better Building Codes campaign.
Learn what you need to know about the 2019 vote on the International Energy Efficiency Code (IECC) and what you can do to make buildings more efficient, comfortable, and safer for everyone.
If you could not make it to our first webinar on 11 December 2018, we hope you can join us on Jan 16th. If you attended the webinar in December and would like more information on how you can help improve building codes or have questions, please join us on January 16th. This program is a collaborative effort of the Massachusetts Sierra Club, Massachusetts Climate Action Network (MCAN), Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) and Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP).
