From Environment, Massachusetts: Do you agree with this statement? "Everyone who wants to power their home or business with solar energy should be able to do so." Last month, Massachusetts legislators went home for the year without lifting a cap on solar power. Even worse, the House passed a bill that would actually make it harder for many families and businesses to go solar.
