Corporations and industries buildings use a large amount of energy, around one-third of all US energy use. Investing in green building, companies can achieve excellent results saving a lot of energy and water but it is hard to reach a 100% of savings. To try to achieve the zero energy building or the closest of this, it is important to company invest in efficient methods. Nowadays the efficient way that is coming up is the high technology buildings, which can reach the highest level of performance building, developing energy for the building consumption with autonomy of energy expenses, and control of water waste and materials waste during the period of construction.

Alphabet, Google’s new parent company, is developing technologies to cut pollution, curb energy use, improve transportation, provide more green space and reduce the cost of city living. It will focus on “technology platforms that people can plug into” to manage energy use and commuting habits.
