Which countries are most likely to survive climate change?

Business Insider published an article with info-graphs showing which countries are best and worst equipped to handle climate change. I found it surprising to see which countries were going to survive best, such as the Scandinavian countries. What the article didn't go into much detail about was why certain countries had a better chance of adapting to climate change than others. Reply below with your thoughts and comments!
