NYSERDA Proposes $5 Billion Clean Energy Fund

White House Fact Sheet: Actions to Bring Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency to Households across the Country New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is announcing it has submitted a proposal to the New York Public Service Commission (PSC) to establish a new $5 billion ten year Clean Energy Fund (CEF), of which $78 million each year is proposed to be directed to increasing energy affordability and access to clean energy options for low and moderate income (LMI) communities and households. The New York Governor's office has created an inter-agency working group to identify and pursue strategies to help implement and maximize the impact of NYSERDA's LMI commitment under the CEF.
