I had an opportunity to view the webinar. I found it interesting that the Federal Trade Commission FTC in its GreenGuide has a section about GreenWashing. As a builder I wasn't surprised that home improvement was a topic of discussion as one of the 4 categories. Cleaning products and Electronics were 2 more topics. What did surprise me was that Personal care products was the 4th. I never really gave that a thought, but as the report was driven for health and safety, it really did go into detail about specific invalid retail claims.
