(Volunteer) Grantwriter for Green Streets Initiative - Boston

Grant Writer for a sustainability/green-transportation non-profit. Must be a good writer, supportive of mission, and available during business hours at least 10 hours/wk. Responsibilities include researching, writing, and organizing grants. Ideally, grant writers work in a team that divides up these duties. Green Streets' signature event is a monthly car-free day called Walk/Ride Days, a recurring celebration of sustainable transportation. Walk/Ride Days take place on the last Friday of every month and challenge people individually, and as members of workplaces, schools, and communities, to meet their transportation needs by walking, biking, or using public transportation.
