The Bullitt Center - Rate It Green's first Green Building of the Week!

Announcing Rate It Green’s first “Green Building of the Week,” the Bullitt Center in Seattle, Washington, a showcase building and leadership example to inspire and educate everyone in the green building industry. Why is the Bullitt Center so exciting? First, the Center currently claims the title of the greenest commercial space in the world. Building features include radiant heat, solar panels, water efficiency technologies, and a two-year effort to use environmentally responsible and sustainable materials. Home to the Bullitt Foundation, thr Bullitt Center also serves as a green office building for tenants, who must all agree to follow energy and water budgets to ensure the building meets the Living Building Challenge requirements.
