Greentown Labs is Seeking an Operations Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the 33,000 SF lab and office of Greentown Labs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by member companies. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must to generate positive relationships with vendors and member companies. Greentown Labs is an entrepreneur-led community that supports cleantech and energy-tech startups with the resources they need to move from prototyping stage to first customers. We are a mission-focused social enterprise that operates a 33,000 sq. ft. facility in Union Square, Somerville with co-locating prototyping lab space and office space under one roof.
