Built by Bensonwood in Walpole, NH and with the assistance of many forward-thinking sponsors, the 2015 Greenbuild Unity Home is a 1620 sf LEED V4 Platinum-expected netzero energy ready space that is open, comfortable, environmentally built, and healthy for occupants. On display at the Greenbuild show in Washington, DC, the home will be permanently sited in NH and used as a demonstration structure to help builders and consumers learn about green building features, products, and great design.

According to Tedd Benson, "We can totally change the equation of homebuilding. We can build homes that are fossil-fuel free and affordable."
