Add Your Name to a Friend of the Court Brief to Support the Clean Power Plan

Support the Clean Power Plan The Obama Administration’s Clean Power Plan (CPP), released in August of last year, represents the first serious attempt by the federal government to reduce greenhouse gas emission. However, it is under attack by special interests who want the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to invalidate the rule. ASBC and the South Carolina Small Business Chamber are spearheading a “Friend of the Court” brief that argues a clear and strong business case for keeping the rule intact and allowing it to be fully implemented.
