Heat pumps are inherently different than gas furnaces or gas water heaters. Contractors and other industry professionals must take time to educate customers, clients, and others on these differences to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This webinar will outline best practices for system operation of ducted and ductless mini-splits, unitary heat pumps, and heat pump water heaters.

      Larry Waters is the founder of Electrify My Home, a first-of-its-kind electrification company specializing in residential electrification projects and workforce training. Larry has 40 years HVAC trade experience in service, installation, sales, and management with a specialization in home performance. Beginning in 2014, Larry’s focus shifted to replacing gas furnace with high-efficiency heat pumps and in that time has designed and installed over 400 systems. Larry is NATE and BPI-certified and serves on multiple boards and committees focused on propelling the movement to electrify efficiently.
