Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.
The opinions, comments, ratings and all content posted by member on the Rate It Green website are the comments and opinions of the individual members who posts them only and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies or policies of Rate It Green. Rate It Green Team Members will monitor posted content for unsuitable content, but we also ask for the participation of community members in helping to keep the site a comfortable and open public forum of ideas. Super Adobe and Dome Building Workshop, September 2-15, Lombok, Indonesia
Event Description
ALL INCLUSIVE 2 WEEK WORKSHOP
Our prototype DOME is complete, now we invite you to join our first workshop in Lombok, Indonesia. As well as sharing our specialist eco construction methods, we will provide a taste of island life in this surfers paradise.
A practical hands on experience, we will share our specialist eco construction methods including building with earth bags. As well as an introduction to natural building techniques we will provide a taste of island life in this surfers paradise.
If you’re looking for an introduction to natural building methods, combined with a tropical adventure we are waiting for you!
LOCATION: DOME VILLAGE, GERUPUK, LOMBOK, INDONESIA
COST: Euro 1,200 | IDR 20,000,000
We invite architects, designers, eco-warriors and anyone with an interest in natural building to apply. Please email us with your name, profession or subject of study and a short paragraph about your personal motivation for joining our workshop.
Fee: Euro 1,200 The workshop fee includes:
- Accommodation in shared room (for duration of workshop)
- 3 meals per day including non-alcoholic drinks
- Drinking water on site
- Airport Transfer
- Certificate of Participation
- Weekend and Evening Activities
