Harvard Maintenance, a privately owned national commercial cleaning contractor, was recognized as the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Cleaning for Health Award recipient last month. Jason Lee, LEED AP O+M is their corporate Director of Sustainability explains “this is a huge step toward communicating the triple bottom line benefits of a certified custodial service provider”.  According to Jason, these best practices require zero capital investment for commercial properties to implement and have ongoing social, economic, and environmental benefits. Jason is also a Rate It Green member and is available to answer any questions or pass along products/tools to use at home.
