Join in to help New Yorkers compost, repair, share and reuse more!
This evening will honor and thank the 2016 Manhattan SWAB Compost Grantees. Since its inception in 2011, our Compost Grant program has awarded over $91,457 to 146 groups to undertake composting projects in their neighborhoods in all five boroughs.

Due to the success of this program, the Manhattan SWAB will be announcing the start of a new program: 2017 Community-Scale Repair & Reuse Grant. Visit to learn more about how your organization can apply!

Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served in an elegant setting, overlooking spectacular views of the Hudson River and Downtown Manhattan from one of the top floors of One Bryant Park. The event will be zero-waste; all materials will be collected for recycling and food scraps will be composted.
