Parks & Water Lobby Day Boston Nov 2 10 AM - 3 PM
Event Description

Please join your friends and fellow park and water advocates from around Massachusetts for an exciting Lobby Day at the State House this fall! The event will be focused on advocating for funding for the Department of Conservation & Recreation and the Department of Environmental Protection. Once you sign up, organizers will contact you with details.

Location: Massachusetts State House
Timing: Thursday November 2, 2017
10am-12pm: Check-in, breakfast, speaking program, advocacy training.
12pm-3pm: Legislative meetings. Most meetings will run an average of 45 minutes. Our goal is for each participant to be part of a meeting with his/her State Representative and State Senator, or their staff.

After meetings, constituents will be asked to turn in feedback forms. We will have a room in the State House for constituents to check out.

We appreciate if you can fill this form out by October 20, but late registrations will be accepted.

Co-hosted by the Environmental League of Massachusetts, Appalachian Mountain Club, Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientists (MOSES), Mass Rivers Alliance, the Trust for Public Land, and other members of the Green Budget Coalition.
