Consider signing this NRDC Petition:
We Can Not Abandon the Paris Agreement!

The NRDC has created a petition to let the President know we can not abandon the Paris Climate Agreement.

"Communities across the country are experiencing worsening impacts of climate change, including rising temperatures, crippling drought, increased flooding, more intense wildfires and more severe storms. In addition, more than 3 million Americans are currently working in the rapidly growing clean energy and transportation sector, and the global clean energy market is projected to total over $60 trillion in the next 25 years. If we fail to compete, companies and workers in other countries will dominate the market for clean energy resources and technology.

America has become a global leader on climate change -- and as one of the world's biggest contributors to the problem, that's a rightful role for us to play. Withdrawing the U.S. from the climate treaty will demolish our status as a world climate leader and turn us into a global pariah -- threatening not just our environment but our economy and national security.

71% of Americans, including 57% of Republicans, want the U.S. to stay committed to the Paris Agreement! These numbers are only growing."
