Our main service is treatment of the COMPLETE structure of a custom home at dried in with a borate liquid that we mix on the jobsite with a special mixing devise that will mix up to 50# of Envirotech Wettable Powder into 50 gallons of water in 15-20 minutes. This mixture will soak into four two by sixes and will protect the wood from subterranean, formosan, and drywood termites, carpenter ants, mold and make the wood fire resistant as long as it is not exposed to running water. We use the mixture with cedar oil for interior pest control after a house is completed. We also use diatomaceous earth, Effective Micro-organisms and orange oil. Boron/borate is an essential element that our bodies do not receive from our food in that it is depleted from the fields that our food is grown in, We have had ONE complaint from a chemically sensitive person in 15 fifteen YEARS.
